Registration
-
Registration is now open at bit.ly/spatialbiology24
-
To support the costs of this event, we are charging a registration fee:

-
Please note that your registration is not considered complete if you have not paid the registration fee.
-
Registration fees are non-refundable, so please double-check before submitting.
Abstract submission
-
This year we will feature a poster session as well as trainee talks.
-
Abstract submission is not required to attend the summit.
-
All abstracts for posters will be accepted.
-
To be considered for a talk, abstracts are due by 7/12/24. Participants will be notified if they are selected by the end of July.
-
To get an accurate headcount of posters, please submit poster abstracts by 8/31/24. You may first submit the registration form indicating you want to present a poster without an abstract, and edit the registration form to submit the abstract at a later date.
-
We will also have a lightning poster talk session, where poster presenters have the option to give a 3-minute introduction to their poster.
-
Please keep posters to a maximum size of 36" x 48".
